Passion isn’t something you can buy or imitate—it’s a driving force that can propel you forward or hold you back. For Andro Mammo, passion is what sets him apart, fueling his journey and distinguishing him in a crowded field.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Andro discovered his passion for media and broadcasting at an early age. At just seven years old, he became captivated by the world of news and production, waking up at 4:30 AM each morning to watch the KTLA 5 Morning News before heading to school. By the age of 10, his determination led him to track down KTLA’s contact information and call the station relentlessly—until they finally brought him in for an interview. That moment on KTLA 5 Morning News became a turning point, igniting the spark that would define his career.

Eager to develop his craft, Andro launched his own YouTube channel, MammoTV, where he conducted interviews and created original content. His first interview taking place at the ripe age of 10 years old. Between the ages of 10 and 16, he had the opportunity to interview some of his biggest idols, sharpening his skills as both an interviewer and storyteller.

At 13, Andro landed a pivotal interview with radio legend Big Boy of Big Boy’s Neighborhood. What began as a single conversation evolved into a life-changing mentorship. Big Boy recognized Andro’s talent and drive, offering guidance that would shape his journey. Years later, when Andro turned 18, that connection came full circle—Big Boy invited him to join his team at Big Boy’s Neighborhood on iHeart Media LA. Working behind the scenes on a daily live production gave Andro invaluable experience in the fast-paced world of radio and entertainment.

Following his time with Big Boy’s Neighborhood, Andro transitioned into news production at iHeart Media LA, becoming a producer at KFI-AM 640. With an unwavering passion for storytelling and an innate ability to connect with audiences, he continues to carve his own path in the media industry—one interview at a time.

During this time, Andro also began working with social media icon David Dobrik—an opportunity that once seemed like a distant dream. As a teenager, Andro was captivated by Dobrik’s storytelling style, studying his vlogs and envisioning what it would be like to work alongside him. Though they had no prior connection, fate had other plans. While working at KFI-AM 640, Andro found himself actively contributing to Dobrik’s production team, helping bring their creative visions to life. This collaboration allowed him to be part of some of the most iconic moments in YouTube history.

At KFI, Andro worked across the network’s diverse programming, gaining hands-on experience in news and digital production. He eventually became the digital producer for Unsolved with Steve Gregory, one of the station’s standout investigative series.

By 2022, Andro found himself at a career crossroads. While he was proud of his work, he felt an undeniable pull toward something greater—something of his own making. In a bold and pivotal move, he stepped away from his position as a producer at iHeart Media LA to launch AGM Productions, his own independent production company.

Since its inception, AGM Productions has carved out its own lane in the industry, developing and distributing a range of compelling podcasts and online series. Andro built the company on the foundation of creating content with purpose—projects that educate, inspire, and challenge perspectives. “Our goal is to produce content that helps others,” he explains. We live in a world filled with negativity, so it’s powerful to know that our work goes against the grain—uplifting, informing, and inspiring people.”

In 2024, Andro launched One-on-One with Andro Mammo, a dynamic interview series that offers unfiltered, in-depth conversations with guests from all walks of life. The show explores their journeys, greatest lessons learned, and hard-earned wisdom, all with the goal of inspiring viewers. “We want our audience to feel seen,” Andro shares. “We want them to watch or listen and think, ‘If this person overcame that, so can I.’ Our mission is to empower people to chase their biggest dreams.”

A key pillar of AGM Productions is nurturing emerging talent, a value deeply rooted in Andro’s own journey. If it weren’t for the people who believed in me early on and gave me opportunities, I wouldn’t be where I am today,” he reflects. “Now, I’m in a position where I can do the same—help others realize their biggest dreams.”

Since famously conducting his first interview at 10 years old, he has spoken with entertainment icons such as Will Smith, Becky G, Marc Anthony, Chiquis Rivera, among many others. Today he continues his knack for engaging conversations from the comfort of his custom, state-of-the-art studio in Los Angeles.

In 2018, ABC 7 Los Angeles featured a career retrospective on Andro Mammo, showcasing his journey, accomplishments, and the impact he was making in the industry at that time.
